The settler’s original home was actually located on the small knoll directly in front of the current standing structure.
The Present - The enormously successful Phase I of Bella Charca is nearing completion as the final section of 19 beautiful home sites develops. Custom lots are available and Preferred Home Builders are offering a variety of new homes from which to choose or custom home sites to build on.
